infographic-ipcc-share-women-children-largeAll week long we will be highlighting what climate change means for our communities and our world. Today we kick off the series with what climate change means for the health of children.

Recent United Nations reports from leading science experts have made clear that climate change is real, it’s caused by humans, and it’s already impacting us.

Next week, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is bringing together leaders from governments, businesses, and non-governmental groups for a Climate Summit to spur action to address the climate challenge.

It’s time to move from climate talk to climate action, and we need your voice. Learn what climate change means for children’s health, and tell your friends, family, leaders, and social networks that you support climate action using the hashtag #climate2014.
