Robyn Russell

Author Picture Robyn Russell is the Deputy Director of the Universal Access Project (UAP) at the United Nations Foundation, a project designed to strengthen U.S. leadership on international reproductive health. In her role, Robyn leads UAP’s storytelling work and private sector partnerships. She also works with champions everywhere from the Hill, to the Administration, to Hollywood, and beyond to advance global policy while bringing in new advocates for international reproductive health and rights. Robyn joined UNF after five years on Capitol Hill working for Congressman Mike Quigley, most recently as his Legislative Director, where she worked extensively on a wide range of domestic and international reproductive health issues and has worked closely with groups including CARE, PAI, Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and many others. Robyn attended Loyola University in Chicago for her undergraduate degree and received her M.A. in Government from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced Governmental Studies, with an emphasis on international reproductive health policy.
